By placing an order with Picture Pawfect, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Shipping & Returns Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Our products are bespoke and created specifically to your specifications. As such, the production and fulfillment process differs from standard retail operations. This policy describes our procedures for order processing, domestic and international shipping, and the limitations regarding returns and refunds for custom-made goods. It is your responsibility to review this policy prior to purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not utilize our Services or complete a transaction.
Orders are processed in varying timeframes depending on the specific product and complexity of the design. For accurate fulfillment timelines, please refer to the specific product page at the time of purchase. On average, the design and processing phase is completed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery dates provided at checkout or on specific product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Picture Pawfect is not liable for any delays caused by the carrier or external logistics factors once the item has left our facility.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or customer-input errors. We provide detailed image submission tips on every product page to ensure the best result. While we offer guidance on image suitability via our support channels, the final decision to proceed with a specific upload rests with the customer. We do not offer refunds if the final result matches the quality of the original photo provided. If you have any doubts regarding the suitability of a photo, please contact us at info@picturepawfect.co.uk prior to placing an order.
For products where a digital proof is included or purchased as an add-on, production will only commence upon your explicit approval. It is the customer's responsibility to review the proof for any errors or required adjustments. Any delays in providing approval will result in a corresponding delay to the estimated delivery timeline. Once a proof has been approved by the customer, no further modifications can be made, and the sale is considered final.
Under the EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or those that are clearly personalized. As all Picture Pawfect products are custom-generated based on individual specifications, they fall under this legal exemption. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive the right to a 14-day cancellation period once the design or production process has commenced.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If an item appears to have been damaged during transit, you must contact us at info@picturepawfect.co.uk within 48 hours to allow us to file a timely claim with the carrier. For any other manufacturing defects or faults, your statutory rights apply.
All claims must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be issued. Please note that for transit-related damage, claims made outside of the 48-hour window may be harder to verify and could impact the resolution process.
Because our design process begins shortly after an order is placed, we only accept cancellations or address modifications within 2 hours of the order being submitted. Once an order has entered the design or production phase, we are unable to make changes or issue a refund.
