Picture Pawfect is based in the UK, but we operate as a global studio. We partner with professional printing labs in the UK, EU, and US to ensure your portrait is produced locally to you, reducing shipping times and our carbon footprint.
We follow a made-to-order model, meaning we only produce a piece when someone actually wants it. This significantly reduces waste and ensures your keepsake is created specifically for you using the highest quality materials.
It depends on the specific product. For items like our Pet Portrait Magazine Cover, you can see a real-time preview as you customize it on the product page. For other bespoke designs, we may offer a live preview by default or as an optional add-on during checkout. If a digital proof is part of your order, we will send it to your email for approval before we move into the printing phase.
Once you place your order, our team begins the custom design process using the image you provided. To maintain our fast production timelines, we do not manually review every photo for quality before starting. We will always do our best to work with the file supplied, but the final result is directly linked to the quality of your upload. In extreme cases where an image is too grainy or low-resolution to use, we may reach out and offer a small window for you to provide an alternative. If we do not hear back within that window, we will proceed to production using the original image to avoid further delays.
For larger orders, we often split the packaging to ensure that frames and posters do not crush or damage each other during transit. Additionally, because we utilize different specialized labs for different products (e.g., a canvas vs. a framed print), your items may ship separately to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

We provide a 2-hour window guarantee for any modifications or cancellations. After this period, your order likely has entered the design or production phase, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be upheld.
Most orders are designed and processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary by product and destination, but typical transit is 5–10 business days. You can find more accurate, product-specific delivery estimates on each individual product page.
Yes. We serve a global audience with a fulfillment network spanning over 20 countries. By printing your order at the hub closest to your delivery address, we ensure the fastest possible shipping, lower shipping costs, and a significantly smaller carbon footprint.
Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
