Most 3D pet pillows are processed within 2 to 4 business days, and once they’re ready, they ship with full tracking so you can follow your order from our workshop to your doorstep. Delivery times vary depending on where you live: standard US orders take 4 to 7 business days, the UK averages 7 to 9 business days, Canada takes around 7 to 12 business days, and most EU and international orders arrive within 10 to 15 business days.

Upload the highest-quality photo you have. Blurry or pixelated images will affect the sharpness of your final portrait. Most phone cameras are perfect — just avoid screenshots or zoomed-in crops.

Skip photos taken in the dark, heavily filtered selfies, or shots where your pet is too far away. Since you only upload one photo for your preview, make sure it’s your best option before placing your order.
