Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your sweatshirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue, and if it’s due to an error on our part, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the order is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges
