Returns Policy
Each tote bag is made to order, which means we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind or sizing mistakes once production has started. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it so we can make it right. For packages lost in transit, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and our team will help resolve it as quickly as possible.
