Shipping
We begin producing your order as soon as it’s placed, with most items created and ready to ship within one to three business days. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location. Customers in the United States can expect their order to arrive within two to five business days when using Standard delivery, or around four to eight business days with Economy shipping. Orders going to Canada usually take between ten and thirty business days to arrive, while international orders to other destinations also typically fall within that same ten to thirty business day window. These timeframes are provided as guidelines and may vary slightly, especially during busy periods such as the holiday season. Every order is shipped with tracking so you can follow its progress from our facility to your doorstep.
Returns Policy
Every roll of wrapping paper is custom printed to order, which means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect photo uploads, spelling mistakes on personalized text, or wrong addresses entered at checkout. Your satisfaction is still very important to us, and if something goes wrong on our side we will always make it right. This includes cases such as a printing defect, a quality issue, or receiving the wrong product or design. In those situations we will gladly remake and resend your order at no cost. To help avoid delays or problems with your order, please take a moment to carefully check your photo uploads, personalization details, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Upload the highest-quality photo you have. Blurry or pixelated images will affect the sharpness of your final portrait. Most phone cameras are perfect — just avoid screenshots or zoomed-in crops.

Skip photos taken in the dark, heavily filtered selfies, or shots where your pet is too far away. Since you only upload one photo for your preview, make sure it’s your best option before placing your order.
