Shipping
We begin your portrait as soon as your order is placed. Each one is drawn by hand, so digital versions are usually delivered within 48 hours. Printed portraits are produced within 24–48 hours after completion and shipped with tracking. Most customers receive their finished artwork within 5–10 business days.
Returns Policy
Because every portrait is custom-made, we don’t offer returns or refunds once printing has started. If there’s a problem with your order, just reach out. Our team is here to make it right. Small adjustments may be possible if you contact us quickly after ordering, before your design goes into production.

Good lighting makes all the difference. Natural daylight is best — try taking your photo near a window or outside in the shade. Avoid harsh flash or dim rooms, as they can change the true colours of your pet’s fur and eyes.
Framing
Make sure your pet is centred in the frame and their whole face is visible. A straight-on or slightly angled shot works best. Try to avoid cropping out ears or cutting too close to the edges, as this can limit the final design.
Resolution
Upload the highest-quality photo you have. Blurry or pixelated images will affect the sharpness of your final portrait. Most phone cameras are perfect — just avoid screenshots or zoomed-in crops.
What to Avoid
Skip photos taken in the dark, heavily filtered selfies, or shots where your pet is too far away. Since you only upload one photo, make sure it’s your best option before placing your order.

Our designs are printed on premium 200gsm matte fine-art paper with a smooth, natural white finish that highlights colour and texture beautifully.
