Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your hoodie arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue, and if it’s due to an error on our part, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the order is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are not covered by us and must be placed as a new order at your expense. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
