We begin working on your ornament as soon as your order is placed. Production usually takes 24–48 hours, after which your ornament is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking so you can monitor its journey. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days, while international orders arrive within 3–21 business days based on past shipping data, with many customers now receiving their ornaments sooner as carriers continue to improve.
Returns Policy
Every ornament is custom made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, spelling mistakes, incorrect personalization details, or wrong addresses entered at checkout. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and if something goes wrong on our side we’ll always make it right. This includes cases such as defects, printing issues, quality problems, or receiving the wrong product or design. In those situations we’ll gladly remake and resend your ornament at no additional cost.

Skip photos taken in the dark, heavily filtered selfies, or shots where your pet is too far away. Since you only upload one photo for your preview, make sure it’s your best option before placing your order.
